Terms of Service
This text is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
These terms govern your use of the Twincast Android application and the website twincast.app (together, the "Service"), operated by the developer of Twincast (the "Operator"). By installing or using the App you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
Twincast lists the posts of the Instagram account you connect and lets you hand a selected post to the TikTok app for publishing. Publishing happens inside TikTok, under your control. Twincast does not post on your behalf, does not automate engagement and does not access other people's content. The App is free and shows ads; a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play removes them. Payment, refunds and receipts are handled by Google Play under its own terms.
2. Your account and your content
- You may connect only Instagram accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- You may share only content you have the rights to publish on TikTok. Music, footage or images licensed to Instagram only may not be re-published elsewhere; you are responsible for checking.
- You must comply with the Instagram Terms of Use, the TikTok Terms of Service and applicable law.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and accounts secure.
3. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on APIs and apps operated by Meta Platforms and TikTok. Those companies may change or restrict their services at any time; features of Twincast may stop working as a result. Twincast is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta or TikTok.
4. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Android devices you control. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or use the App to build a competing service in violation of the platforms' terms.
5. Privacy
How the App handles data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that posts will be transferred without loss of quality, that captions will be converted correctly, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of followers or revenue, or account actions taken by Instagram or TikTok in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling the App. We may suspend the token-exchange endpoint or discontinue the Service if required by law or by the platforms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: hello@twincast.app.
